I am involved in many of our day to day business activities, and it’s brilliant to have rewarding day to day contact with property owners, developers, landlords and tenants. It is a complete team effort across the board and a pleasure dealing with our dedicated staff and valued clients. I work closely with my co-founder, Tim Foulkes, to ensure that we continue to be a forward thinking online estate agency delivering a customer focussed service.
Outside of work I love nothing better than spending time with family and friends, cooking on the BBQ, walking my dog and driving my track car at race circuits.

I started in agency in 1988 working for various corporate and independent firms in residential sales, financial services, lettings and management. This has given me an in-depth knowledge about property marketing enabling me to apply the best practices to the way we work.
I share with my co-founder, Dan Berrisford, responsibility for running the business and I have a particular interest in our marketing and promotions. I am extremely proud of our mascot Howard the Fish who has helped us win awards in innovation and marketing
We have a great team and work ethos at Howard Cundey which is reflected in the high standards of service we offer. I ensure that we look at new technologies and implement those that improve our standards of service and make life easier for our customers.
I am proud that we are sponsors and supporters of the Air Ambulance and being actively involved with our local communities. Outside of work I love nothing better than spending time with my two boys and friends and following my football team Spurs.

I really love my job and I have a passion for people and property, therefore I pride myself on looking after my customers and going the extra mile.
My background prior to developing my skills as a property expert, was in financial services, hospitality and customer service.
Changing my career so that I could help people with the biggest purchase of their life was the best thing I ever did.
I am a tremendously sociable person and love nothing more than working out at the gym, spending time with friends and family and I do like to travel.
